1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using Playfulo (https://playfulo.com, the "Service"), an online games and personality-quiz platform operated by Doneblock Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and users.
2. Definitions
In these terms:
- User means anyone who accesses the Service under these terms.
- Guest means a user who uses the Service without creating an account.
- Game money means virtual units used in some games. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or sold.
- Content means games, quizzes, text, images, UI, and other materials provided in the Service.
3. Effect and changes
These terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise announced.
The Company may change these terms within the limits of applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reasons in advance.
If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the Service.
4. Service
The Company provides browser-based card games, board games, puzzles, personality quizzes, and trivia.
Some features may be unavailable during maintenance or while in development.
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
5. User obligations
You must not:
- Impersonate others or register false nicknames or room titles
- Post abuse, defamation, hate, or illegal information
- Disrupt the Service or use hacking, abuse, or macros
- Trade game money for cash, play as a proxy, or try to transfer accounts or virtual items
- Infringe the intellectual property of the Company or third parties
- Otherwise violate applicable law or these terms
6. Game money
Game money is virtual entertainment currency, not real money. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, converted to gift cards, gifted, or sold.
Settlement of PvP matches is handled on the server. Practice modes against AI may not change balances.
7. Personality quizzes
Quiz results, type analysis, and compatibility notes are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical or psychological diagnosis, counseling, or treatment.
Tests that use personality-type labels are not official Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessments.
The Company does not warrant accuracy or completeness of results. Use them only as personal reference.
8. Intellectual property & trademarks
Intellectual property in the Service and its content belongs to the Company or rightful owners.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior consent.
Third-party licensed content (for example hwatu card artwork) is subject to its license terms.
Names such as UNO, Rummikub, Othello, MBTI®, and 2048 may be trademarks of their respective owners. Playfulo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially licensed by those owners. Related Playfulo features are unofficial casual recreations and are not official products or assessments.
9. Liability
The Company is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, system failure, or network failure, except as required by law.
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for disputes between users or for user-generated nicknames and room titles.
For a free service, the Company’s liability may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes should first be resolved in good faith. If that fails, they may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

11. Language
If there is any conflict between the Korean, English, and Spanish versions of these terms, the Korean version prevails for users in Korea.
