1. Purposes of processing
Doneblock Inc. (the "Company") processes personal data for the purposes below. Data is not used for other purposes; if purposes change, we obtain a separate consent where required by law.
- Providing the Service: guest identification, games and multiplayer, quiz results
- Operations and security: abuse prevention, error handling, usage logs
- Usage statistics: home-screen shortcut (PWA) add and launch counts for product improvement
- Support: answering inquiries and complaints
- Advertising: showing third-party ads such as Google AdSense and related ads
- Legal compliance
2. Data we process
We may process the following in the course of using the Service:
- Automatically collected: access logs, IP address, guest cookie (UUID), browser and device information
- Home-screen shortcut logs: add/launch events, IP address, browser and device information, guest cookie when present
- Advertising and measurement cookies: cookies, ad identifiers, and approximate location or interest inferences set by Google or other partners when ads are shown
- Information you enter: nicknames and room titles
- Play data: game-money balances and match history
- ChatGPT app linking (when used): identifiers, email, and name provided by OpenAI for nicknames
3. Retention
We delete personal data without delay when the purpose is fulfilled, unless law requires a longer period.
- Guest cookie (playfulo_guest): up to one year or until you delete it
- Play records: until the operational purpose is fulfilled (typically reviewed within one year)
- Home-screen shortcut logs: until the improvement purpose is fulfilled (typically reviewed within one year)
- Inquiry records: three years after the request is closed
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) to identify guests, run the Service, and show ads.
playfulo_guest is required for games and multiplayer without an account.
When ads are shown, third parties such as Google may set cookies to select or measure ads based on visits to this site or other sites.
The cookie notice at the bottom of the site lets you allow essential cookies only, or also advertising and measurement cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser.
You can block cookies in your browser. Some features may then stop working.
5. Advertising and third-party cookies (Google AdSense)
We may display Google AdSense and other third-party ads.
When ads are shown, third parties including Google may place or read cookies in your browser, and may collect information using web beacons or IP addresses. That information may be used to select or measure ads based on visits to this site and other sites.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings or opt out of some third-party personalized ads at aboutads.info. General ads may still appear.

6. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties as a rule, except with your consent or where required by law.
When ads are shown, advertising partners such as Google may collect and process cookies and device information under their own policies.
7. Processors
We may entrust hosting, infrastructure, and ad serving (including Google AdSense) to processors, and we manage those contracts as required by applicable law.
8. Children under 14
Playfulo is intended for users aged 14 and over. We do not direct the service or personalized ads at children under 14.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, including children under 13 covered by COPPA.
If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 14, we delete it without delay. Contact contact@playfulo.com to request deletion.
We may restrict use of the service if we confirm that a user is under 14.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a stop to processing of your personal data at any time.
How to request: email contact@playfulo.com. We will act without undue delay as required by law.
You can remove guest cookies in your browser settings.
10. Security measures
We take the following steps to protect personal data:
- Access control and least privilege
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Access logging
- Security updates and vulnerability checks
